Erica Lane Enterprises, Inc. (eLe) applies engineering and analytical disciplines in Reliability and Maintenance and Safety Engineering to ensure that systems and equipment are integrated with design, development, and life cycle sustainment. This expertise ensures that detection and correction of design deficiencies, weak parts, and workmanship defects that affect functionality are implemented and corrected. eLe always consider safety in the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of all systems, facilities, and equipment. Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RM&A) Support – Through their contract with the U.S. Navy at the U.S. Naval Air Station in Lemoore, California and their large Operations Maintenance Engineering Enhancement (OMEE) IDIQ contract with the Corps of Engineers California, eLe provides Operations and Maintenance of medical, laboratory, and other facilities on a 24 hour a day basis. Through this support at several locations throughout the country, they provide the Navy and Army with reliable facilities that have always met any requirements of the Government or medical facility staff. Systems Engineering – eLe personnel operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the Naval Hospital facility and its equipment to include HVAC systems, fire protection sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, emergency generators, medical gas system, steam boiler, heating hot water boilers, domestic water heaters, chilled water system, elevators, electrical substation and distribution system, kitchen equipment and systems, security system/intrusion detection systems, public address/nurse call system, infant tracking/ monitoring system, cable TV system, ambulance radio dispatch system, medical air compressors, laboratory air compressors, and medical vacuum and anesthesia gas evacuation systems. Acquisition Logistics Support – eLe’s operations and maintenance contracts require the purchase of all materials by their staff, which includes maintaining a Bench Stock level to guarantee the functional capability of facilities on a 24/7 basis. Their services include all necessary program and financial management, logistics, property control, materials procurement, facilities and equipment maintenance, configuration management, and quality and safety control functions and other technical support functions necessary to support the life cycle management of NAS Lemoore Hospital facility and systems. eLe maintains and operates facilities and facility related equipment and systems, materials, parts, and supplies to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and other Navy, State, and Federal regulations to optimize the mission of their customer. Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA) and Information Technology (IT) Support – eLe provides enterprise level information technology support services for automation, data/telecommunications, visual information, and records management for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) organizations and customers at Redstone Arsenal, as well as a variety of supported agencies throughout the continental United States and outside the United States under their Information Technology Support Services contract. They develop large scale IT architecture involving design methodology, tools, implementation, and documentation. eLe provides support in knowledge management, information assurance; and systematic planning, development and analysis for special studies, and recommends improvements where necessary. Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support – eLe provides systems programming and advanced administration activities, job scheduling and monitoring for legacy business systems and local unique applications, database management system software maintenance and administration, technical support to migrate hardware/software and operating systems to new releases, information management, publication management, records management, administration, and interoperability of e-mail systems support, open systems interface investigation, evaluation, recommendation, and implementation, network management support, software maintenance services, and technical methodologies development. IT System Safety Engineering Support – eLe conducts documentation preparation and provides management, security, user logins and passwords management, technical briefings and presentations preparation, data sharing solutions, Help Desk, hardware/software support, distribution of IT equipment and supplies, configuration management for hardware and software, distribution of IT equipment and supplies, configuration management for hardware and software, and COTS/GOTS-based electronic record keeping system. |
