BAI provides planning solutions and services to international customers including human resources functional support, transport and travel arrangements, managed transport of personnel and property, design and verification services.
Examples of projects conducted:
- International Planning Services for Bahrain and Djibouti Africa: Proposed a successful solution to provide planning services (e.g., facility, public works, and logistics) in Bahrain and Djibouti Africa. This solution required understanding of recruiting and retaining personnel in desolate conditions, deployment requirements (e.g., medical, life support, passport/visa/sponsorship, and insurance), and necessary costs (IAW State Department). Provided guidance needed to define human resources, global logistics and technical requirements.
- Human Resources: Provided hiring, deploying, administering (e.g., timecards, payroll, and benefits) for personnel supporting OCONUS contracts.
- Logistics: Provided process, physical distribution, and logistics consulting services
- Managed transport of personnel OCONUS including travel arrangements, Port of Debarkation (POD) and port of Embarkation (POE), oversight of Government Furnished Materials/Property, and personal property.
- Design Verification of the Enterprise MIS for the Kuala Lumpur International Airport
- Present technical papers and demonstrate a world-wide real-time cargo-tracking Electronic Data Interchange Service
- Methods of simulating NATO Air Defenses and NATO Communications
