Hello, and welcome to our web site for the Manufacturing Support and Facility Operations Contract (MSFOC). Jacobs, along with our teammates – Qualis, Sierra Lobo, JIT Services, and MTS – is excited to support MAF in its critical role of manufacturing the External Tank and numerous Constellation elements crucial to the continuation and advancement of human space flight, and in doing so, to be part of the overall MAF transformation. MAF’s successful operations are absolutely central to the success of manned missions to the Moon and Mars. The transformation of MAF to a multi-project, multi-prime contractor facility is a bold new course and involves significant challenges in all aspects of site operations. We recognize these challenges and, along with our teammates, are prepared and committed to support NASA in the MAF transformation. We bring an industry-best safety program that directly supports NASA’s requirements for certification of flight readiness along with highly-effective approaches for enhancing safe practices in the workforce and community. “People are our greatest asset” is a core value of Jacobs – and your safety, both at work and at home, is paramount.
