Louisiana Riverbend Bistro
Louisiana Riverbend Bistro was introduced as the newest addition to several restaurants in the Schaeffer's of Louisiana Incorporated family in 2006. The base of these establishments was put together when Rocketeria, which is located at the John C. Stennis Space Center in St. Louis, Mississippi, was taken over by the original corporation, Schaeffer's of Mississippi Inc. With many accomplishments and an abundance of ambition, this company knows how to grow and respond to the local benefits of living in an area which is known as one of the greatest dining centers of the world.
