U.S. Marine Corps
Jacobs provides a variety of services to the U.S. Marine Corps. Specific services include acquisition, engineering, and logistics for the development of transportation; training; information technology; and nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) systems support. Jacobs also provides ongoing technical, managerial, and business support related to enterprise sustainment and transition management for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI).

Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss) for the U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command more
 Jacobs’ engineers, IT professionals, logisticians, and program/cost analysts provide systems engineering, program management, acquisition, logistics, engineering, and technical support for the Marine Corps Systems Command in Quantico, VA, as the prime contractor in the Engineering and Scientific (E&S) domain of CEOss. Jacobs provides systems engineering, program management, and acquisition support for Marine Corps Systems Command as the prime contractor for the following task orders: Program Manager (PM) Motor Transport Fleet Support, PM Marine Corps Network and Infrastructure Systems (MCNIS) Annual Support, and PM MCNIS Site Sustainment Support. In addition, we provide logistics, engineering, and technical support as a subcontractor for the following task orders: PM Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) and PM Training Systems. – hide |
Joint Equipment Assessment Program (JEAP) Contract for the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) more
 Since 2004, Jacobs has provided support to the DOD and the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) at Albany, GA, and more than 15 locations worldwide through the Joint/Marine Corps Chemical Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRN-D), Individual Protective (IP) Equipment Assessment (EA)/Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) contract – also known as JEAP. Under this $89M contract, we support program/project management, process improvement, enterprise-level strategic planning, business case analysis, operations, administrative, supply, logistics and technical functions for CBRN-D individual protective equipment (IPE) assessment and calibration as well as the collection, assessment, storage, and disposal of excess CBRN-D IPE for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA); perform project management and quality assurance (QA) support for worldwide storage and issue facilities for the U.S. Marine Corps CSP; provide technical and program management support throughout the U.S. and abroad in support of the MCLC Project Office for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle program; and provide on-site supply support/headquarters staff augmentation for the II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Remain Behind Equipment (RBE) Program.

SeaPorte Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Life Cycle Supportability for the U.S. Space and Naval Warfare System Command more
 Jacobs’ personnel monitor, manage, and facilitate actions across the enterprise; provide technical support and recommendations to the Program Manager (PM); and assist regional and individual sites in compliance with NMCI execution discipline policy and service to the end users. We also provide regional leadership, oversight of program schedules, coordination with prime vendor Electronic Data System (EDS) regional leads, and direct customer support to assist and support the PM for NMCI in delivering products and services to customers and ensuring all schedule commitments are met. Our professional services encompass systems integration and engineering, software engineering, integrated logistics support, configuration management, and program and project management expertise, and our support responsibilities include NMCI technical refresh and technology insertion and legacy network shutdown. We also facilitate and conduct readiness reviews for the determination of the deployment capability of individual sites, and we assist site representatives and Command Technical Representatives (CTRs) with schedule ratification for seat rollouts, technical refresh, and network cutover. On this contract, we implement the Life Cycle Support Center (LCSC) plan to educate and assist customers on how to more effectively use NMCI to accomplish their mission needs; document and provide significant support for Navy/Marine Corps Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) strategic planning; and are key members of the NGEN Systems Engineering IPT. Jacobs facilitates the flow of information across Government and contractor teams to support technical assessments, define and resolve issues, and provide representation for NMCI/NGEN program initiatives and objectives. – hide |
