  Schedule 520 Information

To comply with demands for more responsive and cost-effective Government, Government officials, policy makers, and managers need reliable financial and performance data. Government agencies perform many financial management-related functions in support of their mission and strategic and operational goals. A combination of the former three financial schedules of Auditing and Financial Management Services (Schedule 872), Business Information Services (Schedule 732 IA), and Financial Asset Services (Schedule 621), GSA’s FABS Schedule (520) offers a wide range of auditing, financial management, financial asset, and business information services to accommodate any financial assistance you may need. This Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) provides Federal agencies with direct access to the following types of financial services:

  • Compliance with the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA), the Government Management Reform Act (GMRA), the Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act, the Inspector General (IG) Act, and the Debt Collector Improvement Act (DCIA)
  • Financial audits, economy and efficiency audits, program audits, cost recovery audits, and transportation audits
  • Full range of services in financial management
  • Budget formulation, execution, and monitoring
  • Accounting
  • Consumer and commercial credit reports
  • Origination, evaluation, management, resolution, and disposal of various assets

There are 16 different Special Item Numbers (SINs) under Schedule 520. Jacobs provides services under two of these SINs, including SIN 520-12 Budgeting and SIN 520-13 Complementary Financial Management Services.
