Brief Description - This contract is to provide Global Battlestaff Operational and Intelligence Support, Acquisition and Logistics Management Support, and Business Operations and Financial Management Support to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Jacobs supports USSOCOM, its component Service commands, and the Theater Special Operations Commands in the areas of time sensitive planning; interagency support; intelligence operations; Military planning, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) program analysis; biometrics, socio-cultural analysis, geospatial analysis, signals intelligence, and human terrain initiatives with ISR support; administrative support; public affairs; training; accounting; budgeting; joint support, budget and resource management activities; readiness planning and reporting; personnel and manpower accountability and reporting; acquisition and lifecycle program management; procurement support; engineering support including research, development, science, technology, and systems engineering; graphics support and other business for USSOCOM and its subordinate organizations.
