SeaPort Enhanced
The SeaPort Enhanced contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) competitive task order contract that enables the procurement of engineering, financial, logistics, and program management professional support services for the U.S. Navy’s Virtual SYSCOM and other U.S. Navy and USMC users.

ALMBOS
Through the Acquisition, Logistics, Management, and Business Operations Support (ALMBOS) contract, Jacobs supports the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and its components, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Navy, at various locations throughout the United States.

Through the ALMBOS contract, Jacobs supports the USSOCOM and its components at various locations throughout the United States. Our personnel provide support in the areas of system acquisition and development and project support for all phases of the acquisition cycle, including program monitoring, documentation generation, review and analysis, technical management support, and requirements documentations services. Our work on the ALMBOS contract is highly diverse and unique, spanning all aspects of Special Operations Forces (SOF) warfighter support from identifying and analyzing emerging technologies to systems lifestyle management and simulation and deployment/sustainment in the field. Our support includes test and evaluation, acquisition, information operations, joint mission analysis, advanced technology programs, readiness support, intelligence, special projects, financial management, defense analyses, and operations and training. CEOss
Jacobs is a prime contractor in the Engineering and Scientific (E&S) domain of Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss) contract vehicle for the U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command and maintains teaming relationships with other prime contractors in each of the other three domains: Business and Analytical (BA), Specialty Engineering (SE), and Acquisition and Analytical (ALA). Individual task orders are competed in each of the domains based on the principle requirements of the statement of work.

Jacobs’ engineers, IT professionals, logisticians, and program/cost analysts provide systems engineering, program management, acquisition, logistics, engineering, and technical support for the Marine Corps Systems Command as the prime contractor in the Engineering and Scientific (E&S) domain of CEOss. Jacobs provides systems engineering, program management, and acquisition support for Marine Corps Systems Command as the prime contractor for the following task orders: Motor Transportation (MT), Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI), and Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). In addition, we provide logistics, engineering, and technical support as a subcontractor for the following task orders: Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN); Expeditionary Power Systems (EPS); Training Systems (TRASYS); Combat Camera (CC); and Battlespace Management and Air Defense (BMADS). – hide
PEO CS&CSS
As a prime contractor on the Program Executive Office, Combat Support and Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS) Omnibus III contract vehicle, Jacobs supports the U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) and its partners by providing engineering, logistics, technical, and program support.  The PEO CS&CSS Omnibus is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) competitive task order contract.

PEO CS&CSSJacobs personnel provide superior expertise in the areas of systems engineering, reliability engineering, survivability engineering, technology assessment, program acquisition management, lean six sigma, full spectrum logistics (e.g., supportability planning, sustainment, and fielding), test and evaluation, environmental strategies and analysis, modeling and simulation, quality assurance, cost analysis, and training development at both Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) and Selfridge Air National Guard Base in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Combat Support and Combat Service Support (CS&CSS). Our support includes assisting in formulating acquisition strategies, strategic communications, baseline analysis, budget and cost analysis, and lifecycle support analysis. In addition, Jacobs provides administrative and project management support for the Program Manager (PM) Force Projection and the PM Joint Combat Support Systems (PM JCSS). – hide
DESP
The Design and Engineering Support Program (DESP) is a five-year, multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle for the U.S. Air Force. DESP provides a variety of engineering and technical services for the U.S. Air Force community.

Jacobs provides the U.S. Air Force’s Ogden Air Logistics Center a variety of engineering and technical services under DESP. DESP supports all AFMC weapon systems, components, and support equipment in the areas of systems engineering, test and evaluation, acquisition engineering, modeling and simulation, configuration and data management, weapon technology, logistics, and product assurance. Typical projects and activities include structural engineering for C-130 depot repaid, C-130 structural analyses, software development for satellite operations, engineering services in support of sustainment engineering, environmental engineering services, helicopter test stand studies, and document digitization.

ENCORE II
The DISA ENCORE II Information Technology Solutions contract is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle serving a wide spectrum of customers including Combatant Commands and their components, the military services, Defense agencies, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and other Federal agencies. It has five-year base period of performance and five additional option years. Tasks performed involve a variety of IT tasks, including enterprise IT policy and planning, custom application development, product integration, test and evaluation, web services, hardware and equipment, and software applications and licenses.
ITES 2
The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (ITES 2) contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle that provides the full range of IT services and solutions to the Government.
