Client − Project Manager and quality assurance

Purpose − Provide CMMI® compliant training on monitoring and oversight of software development projects including metrics-based decision making, risk management, configuration and data management, verification and validation activities, quality assurance, software requirements management, technical reviews, project reviews, and corrective action management.

Client Preparation − Have understanding of basic software life cycle and concurrent engineering practices. Be exposed to tenets of the Capability Maturity Model Integration®.

Expected Outcomes − Student will be able to plan and execute monitoring and oversight of a software development project, using CMMI® compliant processes, procedures, and mechanisms.
