CMMI – Metrics

Client − Senior managers, project managers, engineers, configuration and data manager, and quality assurance

Purpose − Provide background, approach, processes, and mechanisms for a software metrics program

Client Preparation − Have understanding of basic software lifecycle and concurrent engineering practices. Be exposed to tenets of the Capability Maturity Model Integration®. Software development experience is a plus.

Expected Outcomes

• General approach to objectives-based metrics
• Processes and mechanisms for defining,  collecting, and using metrics to manage project activities and processes
