The Jacobs ETASS Team is composed of three advanced technology companies with capabilities directly aligned with the ETASS Statement of Objectives. Jacobs will serve as the prime contractor and will be supported by two small business subcontractors (P3I and Oberon Associates) – teammates highly qualified to support ETASS mission objectives. With broad engineering experience based on support to a broad range of DOD, NASA, and commercial customers, the Jacobs ETASS Team brings directly applicable best practices for achieving operational excellence.
