A Cooperative Education experience provides students with paid work experience while actively enrolled in a college degree program. Work/School Balance Individual business unit practices may vary, however most students spend alternating or continuous Spring, Summer, and/or Fall semesters working full-time at one of our business locations instead of attending school classes on a university campus. Most of our co-ops agree to work for at least two semesters and may be employed for more than three semesters. This gives maximum flexibility to students needing to sign up for required classes while also maximizing related work experience during school enrollment. Students may be given different work assignment for each of their work terms, or may spend all work terms contributing to the same work area. This provides a wealth of opportunities to learn deeper and/or different applications for each student's degree and field of study. Experience the difference you can make We have the tools, programs, and mentors to set you in the right direction! And, we've also got the projects to keep you learning and growing as your skills sharpen. These opportunities are highly sought after and in many cases very competitive, but well worth the high degree of knowledge, skill, and experience you receive. What you need to know:*
