Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) for U.S. Army, Redstone Arsenal, ALJacobs Our ITSS contract, performed primarily at Redstone Arsenal near Huntsville, AL, is a large IT services contract that provides software development, automation, telecommunications, visual information, and records management. ITSS is instrumental in developing, sustaining, and improving the IT needed to transform the U.S. Army and provide critical data to the warfighter and those supporting and sustaining warfighter needs. Our technical capabilities include enterprise management, systems engineering and associated frameworks (ITIL, CMMI, LEAN, and Six Sigma), application development technology, visual information products, operations support, general technical support, emergency operations, and IT training for 11,000+ users and IT systems housed in 150+ facilities. Our 800+ personnel provide infrastructure support for a high-speed campus area network; wide area network connections to the NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and equipment vendors; more than 200 local area networks; more than 70 network servers; cyber support for operations, implementations, certifications and accreditations; and enterprise support of two large data centers. Our development support includes full software lifecycle support of soldier-focused tools that automate activities such as RESET and total asset visibility tracking. Our proficiency at service improvement is exemplified by our support to our AMCOM CIO/G6 customer in successfully attaining their CMMI Maturity Level 3 certification. We maintain a Jacobs LEAN CMMI-DEV ML3 certification, Six Sigma black belts, and certificated ITIL Experts. |
