U.S. Air Force

Under our 4P A-E contract, we provide a full range of A/E environmental and building facility services to AFCEE and its customers, including Title I and Title II support, quality, and design and construction services. We have executed more than 90 task orders totaling more than $41M in support of the four AFCEE pillars: environmental conservation and planning, environmental quality, environmental restoration, and design and construction. Services include environmental investigations and studies in technically challenging subsurface conditions and environments, design and optimization of remedial systems (i.e., Title I services), and Title II construction oversight. We support activities related to the design and construction of facilities and facility SRM and all aspects of environmental, Military Construction (MILCON), SRM, and infrastructure planning and programming activities. In addition, we support the Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency (AFCESA) in A/E execution of facility SRM requirements. Our 4PAE locations include 25 U.S. Air Force installations in the U.S. and nine DOD installations abroad. – hide

Under our DBP03 contract, we support AFCEE with traditional processes to construct military family housing and commercial and institutional facilities worldwide. Other activities under this contract include site investigations, planning, programming, and design development that constitutes the Concept Definition Phase of the DBP03 process. On this contract, we support the U.S. Air Force at numerous locations, including Andersen AFB in Guam, Osan AB in Korea, Randolph AFB in Texas, and Vandenberg AFB in California. – hide

Under our SATOC contract, we provide construction and engineering services supporting the sustainment, restoration, and modernization (S/R&M) of real property at various locations worldwide. Services to AFCESA include planning, design, and construction management for facility renovations, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire detection/suppression, structural, and architectural and infrastructure repair and construction including utilities, pavement, and petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) systems. – hide

Under our WERC contract, we provide AFCEE and AFCESA with a wide range of restoration, construction, demolition, maintenance and repair, emergency response, and ancillary services. We provide design services on various concept work plan/implementation work plan (CWP/IWP), environmental cleanup, and remedial process optimization projects. We have executed more than 100 task orders totaling more than $110M with project locations including 19 USAF installations in the U.S. and 11 DOD installations abroad. – hide
